Common Provisions

You may distribute the setup programs created with the ACTUAL INSTALLER FREE as you wish, without further payment of royalties for the ACTUAL INSTALLER FREE.

You may not alter the ACTUAL INSTALLER FREE in any way, including its help and text files.

ACTUAL INSTALLER IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOFTEZA DEVELOPMENT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Installing and using SOFTWARE PRODUCT denotes the acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license, you must remove SOFTWARE PRODUCT files from your storage devices and cease to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
